This opportunity is an intensive, 6-week program for current KCC students. Each student will have the opportunity to earn 3+ college math credits and participate in a SCI 295 research-driven experience, merging mo'olelo and modern science to reach inward and rediscover their place in Hawaiian science. Students will meet with professionals, partake in service learning, and through direct experience, learn about careers in various STEM fields. Over the course of the program, students will have the opportunity to showcase their findings through presentations which can further advance to other research projects.
